Important Notes
During the Onboarding Cleaning, we aim to align your space with the Never Scrub Again standard. However, some services depend on specific conditions. Please keep in mind:
- We do not move heavy furniture or heavy objects that block access to areas that need to be cleaned.
- Examples include heavy boxes under beds, behind bookshelves, or very heavy sofas.
- Stains and dirt will only be removed when they are cleanable — this does not include permanent damage or very old marks.
- Cabinets and drawers will only be cleaned inside if they are empty, unless internal cleaning is specifically requested as an additional service.
- Windows will be cleaned only on the inside. Very high or hard-to-reach windows that require special equipment are not included in this service.
- We recommend that items are in their proper places before the cleaning, and that fragile and high-value belongings are kept in a safe location.
- Our commitment is to deliver an excellent service — with safety, respect for your space, and full transparency about what will be done.
