Important Notes
The Post-Construction Cleaning focuses on removing construction dust and residues to make the home livable after renovation or construction. Some conditions may affect what can be done. Please keep in mind:
- We only remove loose debris, residue, and marks. We do our best to clean paint splashes from floors.
- Paint splashes, plaster, loose debris, residue, and marks will only be removed if they are fresh or cleanable. Dried construction materials may require additional specialized services.
- We do not move construction tools, debris piles, furniture, or equipment left by workers.
- Internal cabinet cleaning is only included when cabinets are empty and accessible.
- We do not clean exterior windows or areas that require scaffolding, ladders, or special safety equipment unless previously agreed upon.
